ARE YOU EXHAUSTED FROM WORKING REMOTELY?

The pandemic has been difficult for everyone, and as hard as it is to believe, many may be feeling burnt out from working in their pajamas. While it may not seem logical that you could experience burnout while wearing your pajamas 24/7, if you're finding yourself more lethargic these days it may not just be the pandemic causing your blahs. 

One of the "6 Important Skills For Remote Work" is the ability to disconnect, and many find it difficult to do this when it's so easy and tempting to check your work email outside of business hours. Discipline yourself to keep work and life separated to allow yourself to decompress from your workday. Employers should actively encourage and remind employees to do this, and remember that your employees will only listen to you if you follow your own advice.
